Your story is the whole product. We treat it that way.

What we collect.The words, details and reference photos you give us while making a piece, and an email address if you save a draft or buy. That’s it. No accounts, no passwords.

What we use it for. Making your piece. Nothing else. Your words are never used to train anything, and never appear in our marketing unless you explicitly say yes — for instance, if you choose to share your piece on our Story Wall.

How long we keep it. Everything is deleted from our storage 30 days after your piece is delivered. If you’d like it gone sooner, email us and it’s deleted immediately.

Where it lives meanwhile. In private, access-controlled storage in the cloud. Previews are watermarked; originals are reachable only through signed, expiring links.

Photographs of children. Reference photos that include children are used only for your commission, never for anything public, and deleted on the same schedule.

Payment. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.

A formal privacy policy will accompany the studio’s launch. Nothing in it will contradict the plain words above.
