Before you pay.You see the full watermarked design first. If it isn’t right, ask for changes or simply walk away — the preview is free, always.
After you buy. Revisions are part of the sitting: unlimited passes in the Writing Room for 7 days, and every piece is read and finished by the founder before delivery.
Prints. Damaged in the post, wrong size, colours off — photograph it and we reprint and reship at our cost. No forms, no debate.
